Pet Wellness Plans

Our annual wellness plans provide an affordable way to provide high quality pet care for your pet. Plans are paid in 12 monthly installments.
A one-time $89.25 enrollment fee is due with your first payment.

Puppy/Kitten Base Plan: $59.95 per month

  • Pre-Scheduled Office Visits (4 per year)

  • Vaccinations (unlimited as recommended)

  • Fecal exams (2 per year)

  • Initial Heartworm disease test - dog

  • Initial FeLV/FIV test - cat

Puppy/Kitten Base Plan Plus: $84.95 per month

  • Spay/Neuter and recheck

  • Diagnostic testing/pre-op blood work (1 per year)

Adult Dog/Cat Base Plan: $59.95 per month

  • Pre-scheduled Office Visits (4 per year)

  • Vaccinations (unlimited as recommended)

  • Annual Adult Bloodwork Screen

  • Annual Heartworm disease test - dog

  • Fecal exams (1 per year)

Adult Dog/Cat Base Plan Plus: $79.95 per month

  • Annual dental cleaning (does not include cost of extractions, if needed)

    • Annual Adult Bloodwork Screen must be performed within 2 months of dental cleaning

Senior Dog/Cat Base Plan: $72.95 per month

  • Pre-scheduled Office Visits (4 per year)

  • Vaccinations (unlimited as recommended)

  • Bi-annual Adult Bloodwork Screen (2 per year)

  • Annual thyroid screen - cats

  • Annual urine test - cats and dogs

  • Annual Heartworm disease test - dog

  • Fecal exam (1 per year)

  • Blood pressure screening (1 per year)

 Senior Dog/Cat Base Plan Plus: $89.95 per month

  • Annual dental cleaning (does not include cost of extractions, if needed)

    • Annual Adult Bloodwork Screen must be performed within 2 months of dental cleaning
