Payment Policy

Payment is required when services are provided, and we do not provide in-house payment arrangements.

For new clients, a refundable deposit equal to the exam fee is required at the time of booking. The deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

Our no show policy: a no-show is a client who misses an appointment without cancelling it. Missed appointments will require prepayment of the exam fee when rescheduling. When this prepaid appointment is kept, the fee will be applied to the invoice. If the prepaid appointment is not kept, the fee will be forfeited. If you miss three appointments, we will terminate our veterinary-client-patient relationship. 

Accepted form of payments: Cash, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Scratchpay, and Care Credit. We do not accept Personal Checks.

Care Credit:

The CareCredit credit card can be used for routine veterinary appointments, emergency pet care, or a variety of surgeries and treatments. It gives pet owners the peace of mind needed to care for pets. Please click the button below to apply.

Pet Insurance:

We encourage all owners to get pet insurance! Please note with pet insurance, you initially cover the vet expenses, then submit a claim for reimbursement. The only insurance that pays us directly is Trupanion. Please click the button below for more information.
